Lawn Program Schedule

The Essentials Plan:

Consists of 6 annual visits per year on your lawn with guaranteed results!  In the even that your lawn may need to have an application repeated, it will be at no charge to you.  Please note however, that this does not include any optional or a la carte services.  If you want optional services added, please consider our Advanced Care Plan or Monthly All-Inclusive Plan to build the program that is better suited for your needs.

  1. Early Spring Visit will consist of a crabgrass pre-emergent along with our post-emergent weed control to address the winter broadleaf weeds that may invade your lawn.
  2. Late Spring Visit will consist of a secondary pre-emergent for extended control of broadleaf and grassy weeds along with a booster application of nutrients to aid in green-up, overall root zone development, and to prepare the turf for early summer.
  3. Early to Mid-Summer Visit will consist of a slow release Nitrogen product to aid in the continuous feeding of your lawn through intense months of our Texas summers.
  4. Mid to Late Summer Visit will be a combination of slow release nitrogen and phosphorous.  We will also apply iron as needed for lawns that show deficiencies.
  5. Fall Visit is a blend of fall fertilizer to strengthen the root zone of your turf for the winter months along with a fall pre-emergent to prevent winter broadleaf weeds.
  6. Winterizer Visit will aid in the storing of nutrients for your lawn over the winter months.  This application is needed to lower your soil's alkaline pH value.

Advanced Care Plan:

This program follows the same schedule as The Essentials Plan plus gives you the option to add two of our additional services.  With this program, you save 10% off our normal a-la-carte pricing.  You also have the option of averaging your 8 billable visits over 12 months.  Simply multiply your quoted lawn price X 8 and then divide by 12.

Monthly All-Inclusive Plan:

Our Premier Service!  We take care of it all!  This program has all the benefits of The Essentials Plan, but also includes:

  1. Fire Ant Control
  2. Grub Worm Control
  3. Chinch Bug Control
  4. Fungus Control
  5. Dallisgrass Control
  6. Nut Sedge Control

In addition, core aeration and even gypsum soil softeners are available at no extra charge!  This service is billed at a set price monthly rate even when 2 services are performed in a month.
